Yes I love Batiks

You know that I love batiks and when I saw the new ones at Connecting Threads I decided to treat myself to the stacks which are 10 inch pieces. There are 24 pieces and if I cut them in fourths imagine all the charm pieces I would have.
I like buying these so I can see all of the colors and patterns......problem is I like ALL of the colors!
I put the name of the stacks on the photos so I will know which fabrics came in each stack.
I "had" to get my order to $50 so I could get free shipping so I bought a couple of the sale batiks -  a 1 yard and 3 yard piece to add to my stash. I have no idea what I'm going to make with everything but gosh are they beautiful!

They are really beautiful, Connie.
(Like the basket too!)
My problem with such wonderful selections is that they are so beautiful I can never decide how to use them!

Wow they are pretty. My daughter is actually in Indonesia this week, and I'm "hoping" she will bring back a little bit of Batik for me.

Sometimes we just need to treat ourselves!

Very pretty collection. CT has come a long way in the Batiks they carry - I do enough damage with their other lines.

They are beautiful and I had to resist Connecting Threads' batik sale recently because I need to use up more of what I already have. I am a batik-aholic myself. Oh well it's a harmless addiction at least. Enjoy your baskets of goodies.

Gorgeous fabrics, Connie! I have sewn with Connecting Threads' batiks before, and the quality is top notch. I was treated to some of the new batiks, and I love them - wish that they shipped to Sweden, so that my daughter could enjoy them too.

Wow, Connie, you sure made a gorgeous haul of great Batiks! That's a ton of stuff for $50 buckeroos - that must be some kind of sale!
To those who wish CT mailed overseas: have someone state-side order for you and then they can send it on. I have done this for friends and it works out fine.-- just negotiate how you will be reimbursed for s/h.
