It is 12.5 inches x 16.5 inches.
I used a 2.25 inch binding that came from my oldies stash and did a little free motion wiggle quilting on it.
The fabrics are Clermont Farms by Polly Minick & Lauri Simpson for Moda. This was a little 2.5 x 5 inch charm pack of all the colors in their collection. There were 42 pieces.
I took each piece and cut sliced it lengthwise to give me 1.25 x 5 inch strips and then sewed them together in groups of 6. I trimmed them to a 4.25 inch square.
You can see that I made it 4 blocks by 3 blocks and used all my pieces.
You can see that I made it 4 blocks by 3 blocks and used 72 pieces. This was a fast project and could also be a great way to use up scraps from your stash.

Love it and love the wiggles too! Thanks for sharing this. I have some red, white and blue fabric left over from another project. Maybe I can make it up quick for July 4th! I'm going to try anyway.
Very cute fun, patriotic table topper. Or a wall hanging. Excellent directions. Good idea.

I love it Connie! The patriotic colors always pull at my heart (can't imagine why!)
I've never seen the 2.5x5 in. charm pack, but it would be easy enough to cut the 5x5 charms in half. Great way to use a charm pack and get a feel for the fabrics in that line! Happy 4th to you!
cute topper! Is that a Longaberger basket?
