Pin It I made a few Crossroads blocks in purple for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge ......I am really get low on purple scraps! Be sure and see what others are working on!
Oh and I worked with some purple batiks earlier this week, if you missed my post - click here as I also had a giveaway.

I was the lucky winner of these neat stencils designed by Margaret Applen of Scrap Wisdom Collage
you should see some of the beautiful work she has done! I used stencils a long time ago and can't wait to play with all of her hearts. Time to dig out the paints!
During the same blog hop I was lucky enough to also win this beautiful wall hanging with stencil work on it from MarveLes Art Studios - there are even tiny beads sewn on it!  She also has many beautiful pieces on her website.
You should check out all of the stencils at Stencil Girl Products there is a large variety of sizes and types by several different artists.

Enjoy your Saturday, we are going to spend the day with friends and check out a new pizza place in Bettendorf. I hope everyone is safe in the Northeast where the blizzard is!

I made some purple Crossroads blocks yesterday too Connie! They are getting addictive :*) I love your heart stencils! I've been itching to try some stencil painting on fabrics too, but I know I could never create pieces as lovely as Lesley does. She's amazing! And so are you! Looking forward to seeing the wonderful things you create with your new stencils :*)

I love your blocks, I like the colors and the project you're doing with baticks is beautiful. One of the projects I have in mind to do is create a fabric using stencils, you've given me the will to try. Thanks for the inspiration!
