Coffee Batik

Pin It Here is a little batik piece I finished that can be used as a candle mat. The color reminds me of a cup of coffee! I bet you were wondering where my blog post was this morning......I got busy sewing and forgot to post!

Just a little piece measuring about 6 inches by 6 inches.

The design is the inverted fabric from cutting the little circle doodles with my Sizzix Big Shot.

I love the stitch you used to applique the center down... hmmm, wonder if I have that stitch on my Bernina... eeek, that means it's been way tooooo long since I pulled the girl out and played with her... poor Bernina... :D
