I finished quilting my Amber Geese quilt and had to wait for a day without wind so I could take pictures outside. I really like how this came out!
I did my usual free motion quilting on it and just happened to have a perfect piece in my stash for the back.
I used Fil-tech Glide thread in cream and also Bottom Line thread in a taupe for the stitching.
As usual, all of my quilting was done with my 15-91 vintage Singer sewing machine. I did the straight line stitching freehand.
The size of this quilt is 36 ½” x 52 ½. I wrote the pattern info as I was making it and hopefully I can share that with you soon.
The first quilt I made with these fabrics was my Amber Logs quilt that I made last July. I really love how you can do a search on your blog and find all this info……great diary!
I think I used all the colors in the collection in my quilts.
If you have a minute I would sure love to have you vote for my blocks in the AccuQuilt 2015 Quilt Block Design Contest. Remember, you can vote every day for as many blocks as you like and you don’t have to register this year.
